bedrijfsgebouw gelegen in de spoorzone van Zwolle, aan de Westerlaan. Het pand is getransformeerd van een vroeger postsorteercentrum (van de voormalige PTT\/Post NL) naar een modern, high-end en duurzaam multi-tenant kantoorcomplex. Dit project is ontwikkeld door DC Vastgoed, met architectuur door o.a. De Architekten Cie en interieur door Fokkema &amp; Partners. Het gehele pand is duurzaam, gasloos (Paris Proof 2050) en BREAAM gecertifieerd. Het oude postsorteergebouw met zijn robuuste betonconstructie is hergebruikt, waardoor er een stuk industri\u00ebel karakter blijft terwijl het interieur een moderne uitstraling heeft gekregen. Het project is verdeeld in 3 fases, hierbij laten wij de afgeronde fase 1 zien. Zwolle\u2019, een postsorteercentrum in de jaren 70. Bij de transformatie was er een belangrijk doel:\u00a0<strong>behouden van het karakter\u00a0<\/strong>en dan met name de robuuste prefab betonconstructie. Tegelijkertijd moest het pand ruimte maken voor een moderne kantoorfunctie en dient het een stedelijke toevoeging te zijn. Daarnaast spelen duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendigheid een grote rol. Zo zijn de originele installatieopeningen in de betonnen balken geaccentueerd met messing inzetstukken. Op andere plaatsen zijn deze openingen open gelaten, met horizontale lichtlijnen erdoorheen die de atria visueel verbinden. De schaal van het gebouw vraagt \u200b\u200bom enkele grote elementen. Daarom zijn er verlichtingsarmaturen ontworpen met maatwerk van Multiline voor de atria.
